In this Virtual Zoom group you will learn strategies for coping with every days stressors along with guided meditation practices, breath work, self-soothing and visualization to reduce stress, develop more body centered awareness and reduce anxiety. Meditation creates space for you to experience unity. Unity is a state of awareness where you are congruent and whole where peace and bliss reside. We all have access to this authentic place inside. Together we will look at ways to positively reframe situations, access inner strength and resiliency. Some of our group topics will include: rediscovering one's true values, finding your unique gifts, letting go of what doesn't work anymore and healing negative beliefs.
