Medical Trauma Group
Starting March 3rd. Everyone has a body and everyone experiences the medical system at some point. We also all experience illness or injury requiring us to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for the both the medical system or the reason for needing the system to leave us feeling traumatized in one way or another. This group aims to look at the ways that illnesses & injury can leave us scarred mentally & emotionally as well as the system designed to help care for us.

This group is for women 18+. This group dives into what trauma is, how it is experienced, how it shows up in our lives and bodies, and coping skills for the symptoms of trauma. *Group will begin when enrollment is full.* Groups are $30 each plus $60 for the initial intake appointment. Emotionally Immature Parents Group
Starting March 3rd. This group focuses on understanding what an emotionally immature parent is, how it impacted you and how that impact continues to show up in your life. We provide psychoeducation and encourage interaction between group members on lived experiences of being raised by emotionally immature parents. We also do some self-identity explorations as it is common to feel like you don't know who you are when you were raised in such an environment.
