Medical Trauma Group
Will start when full. Everyone has a body and everyone experiences the medical system at some point. We also all experience illness or injury requiring us to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for the both the medical system or the reason for needing the system to leave us feeling traumatized in one way or another. This group aims to look at the ways that illnesses & injury can leave us scarred mentally & emotionally as well as the system designed to help care for us.

Next Group starts in May 18th 2026. This 8-week group is for women 18+. This group dives into what trauma is, how it is experienced, how it shows up in our lives and bodies, and coping skills for the symptoms of trauma. Understanding Anger- Starting May 4th 2026
Starting MAY 4th 2026. The Understanding Anger Group is a supportive, skills-based group designed for individuals who want to better understand and manage their anger. Through a combination of psychoeducation, group discussion, and practical exercises, participants will explore the root causes of anger, learn how it affects thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop healthier ways to express and cope with anger. This 6 week group is appropriate for adults (18+) who experience difficulties with anger, whether it is expressed outwardly or held inside, and who wish to gain insight and practical tools for change in a safe, confidential environment.
