For the past couple of years, our practice has been focused on helping people get rid of anxiety. We have attended trainings that teach leading edge techniques. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you feel anxious and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. We'll discuss what happens to your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down. You'll gain resilience so that attacks don't continue in the future.
