In addition to regular counseling, there is also a group for ladies held separately online. This group is created for ladies who have no other place to discuss personal issues. Many are abused by spouses or significant others who are high ranking individuals in society, social clubs, government, churches, etc. Therefore, these ladies believe they are trapped in a non- ending cycle and no one else understands their pain. If this is you, please join us in our open discussion sessions.

A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group is a structured, intensive outpatient treatment setting where individuals receive comprehensive mental health care during the day but return home in the evenings. These groups are common for people who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but don't require 24-hour inpatient care. Typically runs 5 days a week, about 4–6 hours per day. Includes a mix of group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric care, and sometimes family therapy. Patients follow a daily schedule with breaks, meals, and structured therapeutic activities.

ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS. If you are queer/trans and neurodivergent, finding community among others with similar lived-experiences is incredibly healing but often quite challenging. This is an ongoing group for clients who are interested in coming together virtually to explore the impact of living in a hetero/cis-normative world that prioritizes the needs of neurotypical/allisitic folks and harms those who are different. Group can be intimidating and I welcome those who are uncertain but curious to join me for a 1:1 intake to discuss the potential benefits of building community in a welcoming and therapeutic space.

Intimate relationships are challenging, and they can feel more so for men. Cultural norms and expectations have demanded one set of behaviors from men, however, once men find themselves in an intimate relationship they may discover that those initially learned behaviors leave them ill-equipped in navigating the emotional landscape, and engagement necessary for a mutually shared connection with their partner. The goal of this group is to assist men in developing a keen awareness of how successful relationships function, and the theories and research that support best practices for nourishing relational contentment.
