This group will help you to learn and put into practice a variety of anxiety coping tools, as well as identify and eliminate anxiety triggers before symptoms arise. Understand the physical aspects of anxiety and offset their effects. This group will also show you ways in which you can harness unavoidable anxious energy and channel it into a positive outcome; elevated performance and focus. Our peer support model improves client outcomes and accountability.
