Managing the disaese of addiction

This is a group that will help you understand the disease of addiction, identify triggers and work on strategies while enhancing coping skills. This is a very interactive group that focuses on the members in a very supportive environment. We grow through learning and doing, and the goal of this 3-week group is to do just that. The disease of addiction is very overwhelming and makes you feel lost. Hopefully this group will help each member find themselves while working towards their recovery and peace.
