This group is designed for individuals who want to tend to their relationship with their bodies and with themselves. Rather than focusing on weight, appearance, or food alone, this group centers on building a deeper sense of self-trust, self-respect, and emotional safety within. Participants will explore how societal pressures, trauma, and internalized messages have shaped their self-image. This group will provide a space for individuals to practice new ways of relating to themselves with compassion, curiosity, and strength.
