A gentle space for mothers experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, or adjustment challenges. This weekly group offers a soft place to land to share experiences, feel understood, and reduce the isolation that often accompanies early parenthood. Guided by a perinatal mental health therapist, sessions include open discussion, grounding practices, and guidance to help mothers explore emotions, identity shifts, and daily overwhelm.
