Motherhood can make your mind race and your heart pound with questions, worries, and challenges. You’re not alone! Even as a counselor, I was consumed by my own postpartum journey. I understand wanting to know you’re not alone in your thoughts and feelings. I understand questioning everything. Come join our Mama & Baby support group to surround yourself with others on their postpartum journey in a safe and loving environment. Share stories, concerns, challenges, joys, etc. Lean on us and learn some skills, too. You’re welcomed, and even encouraged, to bring your baby!
