Currently running 2 groups weekly for men and women survivors of sexual abuse. Groups are supportive and focused on improving current quality of life, while honoring and understanding the impact of past trauma. Many techniques are brought into group to reduce stress and manage triggering events. Members learn a variety of techniques they can implement into their own lives.
