Traumatic Brain Injury/Concussion Group
This is a weekly online Gestalt process therapy group that supports individuals healing from head injury (including concussions) who identify as high performers before their injury, and are now experiencing overwhelm and challenges in one or more areas of life. Loved ones, friends, and coworkers may not understand as you're also re-learning and re-adapting into the new you. All participants must schedule an intake session prior to joining the group. Please schedule a consultation to register. Group meets for six weeks on Tuesdays. Next Session Begins: February 1, 2022.

A 6-week online therapy group for friends, families, and caretakers of head injury survivors. After your loved one has endured a head injury, significant changes take place beyond what anyone can predict because every brain injury survivor heals differently. Every caretaker, family, and friend also deals with the unexpected changes, grief and loss differently. This group is a safe space for you to express, be heard, and held in support as you navigate your struggles to support you as you support your loved one’s healing journey.
