A virtual loss of partner/loss of spouse grief group for adults grieving the death of a spouse, partner, fiancé, or long-term companion. Losing your person often brings intense loneliness, identity changes, emotional waves, shifts in routine, and a deep sense of “life without them.” This group creates a warm, safe space to share your experience &receive support from others who understand partner loss. We discuss triggers, difficult dates, honoring your partner, rebuilding daily life, processing emotions, and moving through grief at your own pace. Sharing is optional. This virtual divorce, breakup, and relationship loss support group is for adults navigating grief after the end of a romantic relationship — divorce, breakup, or separation. Relationship loss can affect identity, confidence, routines, emotions, and family or co-parenting roles. This group offers a validating, therapist-led space to process your experience and begin healing. We address emotional waves, boundaries with ex-partners, co-parenting stress, betrayal or trust wounds, triggers, loneliness, identity rebuilding, and steps toward confidence and stability.
