Lost in Transition… Finding Your Direction

Feeling stuck or unsure about your next step in life? Many young adults experience uncertainty around career paths, relationships, identity, and life direction. This group provides a supportive space to explore these challenges alongside others navigating similar transitions. Participants will gain greater clarity about their values, learn tools to manage anxiety and overthinking, and develop confidence in making decisions about the future. Through guided discussion and structured exercises, members will explore identity, purpose, and practical ways to move forward.
