Loss of Spouse or Partner
This group exclusively focuses on the loss of one's spouse or partner. It is a 90 minute group that includes processing of the loss along with artistic exploration of one's grief. Groups are very small (6-8 participants) and time caries according to availability of participants

Bereaved Parents
The Bereaved Parents Group is an in-person, therapeutic group designed for parents/guardians who have lost a child. Over an 8-week period, the group, lead by licensed therapists, will meet weekly to learn, grow, and heal together through their grief. Survivors of Suicide Group
This 90 minute group aims at working with survivors of suicide. We work with smaller groups (5-8 people) to ensure enough time is allotted to each person's story. The first 60 minutes is dedicated to processing while the last 30 aims towards using art therapy to help process the loss. This group is run by a licensed therapist with a license also I art therapy.
