Long COVID Support & Processing Group (online)

This group meets weekly (at either 2pm or 6pm) via GoogleMeet for those experiencing long term symptoms from COVID. This group is a mix of a support and processing group. This means that in addition to getting support from people in a similar situation as you medically, we will also be learning therapeutic strategies for processing the difficult emotions that come up during chronic illness as well as skills for advocating for yourself in the medical system.
