Long Covid Somatic Support Group

Virtual psychotherapy group for folks who are currently experiencing Long Covid and continue to take COVID precautions such as masking indoors in public, testing, etc. Support will include talk-therapy and somatic tools for increasing nervous system regulation. Reduced fee slots available for folks in need. The following insurances are accepted: United Healthcare, Aetna, and Optum for CA clients.
