Loneliness Support Group
This is a weekly, open, online support group designed to help adults who may experience feelings of loneliness and detachment. The age range for this group is 21-50 years old, and all genders are welcome. Understand and challenge negative thought patterns contributing to isolation, build skills for initiating and maintaining social connections, experience belonging and validation in a supportive group setting, develop practical strategies for reducing loneliness, and more! Jenn Flamenco, CSW-I, is the facilitator for this group.

This is a weekly, online communication workshop for couples of all types. This group is crafted for for couples who may be experiencing difficulty with communicating their needs to one another which may be contributing to other relationship issues. This group will enhance emotional connection, improve communication techniques, learn conflict resolution, strengthen listening skills, and reduce patterns of criticism, defensiveness, and withdrawal.
