The Living Out Loud Teen and Adolescent Group at The Evolution Group offers a safe, accepting space for youth to navigate adolescence alongside peers who truly understand them. Integrated into our holistic approach, this group fosters vital camaraderie and shared growth. In our supportive setting, participants learn to balance vulnerability and trust, manage emotions, build accountability, and embrace their authentic selves. We give adolescents the practical tools and peer support needed to actively engage in their mental and emotional healing, empowering them to confidently live their truth out loud.

Integrity Recovery Group
Integrity Recovery Group is a cognitive behavioral group therapy method used to enhance self awareness, balance and connection working from The Evolution Group’s Integrity Workbook with a focus on recovery. The goal of the group is to facilitate self-discovery, honesty, and integrity in the recovery process. Clients complete and present exercises from the book in the group setting. The goal is to restore balance by working out of the IT Recovery Workbook and giving presentations in a supportive environment.

Understanding Grief & Loss
Grief is a natural response to loss that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and isolated. Whether your loss is recent or years past, this 6-week closed group offers a compassionate space to understand the grieving process and connect with others. Each week explores different aspects of grief, including its physical and emotional impacts, life transitions, and coping with anxiety or depression. Participants will learn mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation to find calm. Join us to gain practical tools for navigating change, finding new meaning, and healing together in a safe environment.
