Monthly Drop-in Women only/Women-Identified group beginning July 17th, from 11:30-1 utilizing Writing and Creative expression as tools for reflection, self-regulation and pathways to healing. Maiah is a current Jack Straw 2026 Fellow, a published Poet and Writer. She utilizes her skills as a Poet and writer, along with creative creations and experiential exercises, to bring deeper meaning into our lives, while doing so in community.
