Light After Loss, Online (Beginning in June, 2025)
This will be an intimate healing circle for those who have been touched by suicide loss. This sacred space will be held to honor those who were lost while finding a compassionate way to care for ourselves. Healing doesn't mean forgetting your loved one, it simply means finding a way to carry our loved one forward. Suicide loss is a unique and deeply personal journey, and healing looks different for everyone. Sometimes, there are no words, and there is no need to explain, or to be “okay”. You don't "get over" loss, you find a way through.

Together we will learn to understand personal stress patterns, learn practical tools to manage burnout, create a personalized self-care plan, build boundaries with confidence, and connect with others who understand. Topics include understanding stress, mind-body connection, time management, compassionate self-talk, & lifestyle adjustments.
