Lifetime Trauma Recovery Group (Virtual group)

This virtual trauma processing group uses Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help participants understand how trauma impacts thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Facilitated by Sharon Wilburn, LCSW, LSCSW, the group provides psychoeducation and guided exercises to identify and challenge “stuck points” related to guilt, safety, trust, and control. Participants may share or simply listen and learn. The group meets Tuesdays from 6:30–8:00 PM, is limited to 10 participants, and costs $25 per session plus a one-time $25 workbook fee.
