This life skills and social thinking group is for teens (high school age) on the Autism Spectrum, as well as individuals with disabilities. Some of the issues covered are time management, academics, household responsibilities, digital literacy, self-advocacy, how to think and interact socially, conflict resolution skills, appropriate use of humor, respecting differences, empathy, listening skills, emotional regulation skills, teamwork, collaboration, & job readiness skills and more…WE'RE EMPOWERING TEENS TO THRIVE ONE SKILL AT A TIME!

Nexus Recovery Group (Adults; another for teens)
Nexus Recovery is a psychoeducational and therapeutic group designed for those navigating substance use recovery who need more structure and support than peer-led groups (like AA or SMART Recovery), but who may not require—or have access to—the intensity of inpatient or IOP treatment. It fills a critical gap by offering an accessible, clinically guided space for insight, skill-building, and personal transformation. Nexus Recovery combines evidence-based interventions with experiential, cognitive, and meaning-centered approaches to foster insight, empowerment, and long-term wellness. Participants are referred through clinics, outpatient programs, sober living homes, or by self-referral.

Operation S.A.V.E. Our Youth
A 12-week revolving group taking place throughout year. A psycho- educational, experiential group with a holistic approach working with teenagers struggling with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, academic problems, substance abuse, violence, anger management, emotion regulation, parent conflict, peer conflict, body image, etc. We use mindfulness, DBT skills, CBT, psychodrama, art, empowerment sessions, and more. It's a fun/interactive group where your teen learns coping skills, distress tolerance, and tools to grow toward success and achieve their goals. This group is co-ed for ages 13-18 (not graduated high school). Call for more information.
