Two supportive groups are available: Women’s Group – For women ready to understand their feelings, reduce stress, heal from hurtful relationships, and gain self-empowerment. Gain deeper self-awareness and healthier interactions in a safe, therapeutic space. Authentic Me – For girls 13–17, focused on building confidence, handling peer pressure, and making healthy choices while balancing school, friends, family, and fun. Cost: $20/session or $120 for 6. Six-session commitment. Max 10 per group. RSVP required.

Coffee, Tea & Me Time — is supportive, educational, and fun! Facilitors keep conversations lively and meaningful. Circles spark new ideas, support, and shared accountability for challenges and goals. Groups meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to explore themes like overcoming obstacles, saying “No,” leadership, self-esteem, and communication. Each session blends education and creativity to add new tools to your life. We’re exploring topics like courage, positivity, motivation, safe spaces, and critical thinking. Sessions last about 1 to 1.5 hours, cost $15 each, and require at least five participants. Join us to connect, grow, and thrive in a supportive community!

Prime For Life is a research-based, motivational program helping individuals reduce high-risk choices related to alcohol and drug use. Whether attending voluntarily or by requirement, it offers a respectful, nonjudgmental approach to understanding behavior and creating change. Through self-reflection and discussion, you'll explore values, risk factors, and how substances affect your brain and body. The program provides tools to reduce risk and align with goals. Prime For Life is about informed decisions that support your health and future. Used by courts, schools, and treatment centers, it's ideal for those seeking insight, education, or support for lasting change.
