Life University

This group is for individuals who want to live led by their truest Self rather than their thoughts, emotions and memories. You can bring an issue you're struggling with and get help from the therapist and participants. You see other people struggling with problems which may be similar to yours and gain new skills in the group for dealing with issues outside the group. There are open forum, educational and interactive components built into the group time. We work hard to foster a strong sense of support for each person and a warm feeling of community in the group.
