2 separate groups for teen girls ages 13-16 years and young women ages 17-22 years provide life skills and coping tools for self-esteem, body image, relationships, motivation, academic success, substance use, eating issues, and family conflict. Pregnancy Loss

Join an ongoing, 1 a week, psychotherapy group for any type of pregnancy loss for couples and/or women only. The group will focus on grieving the loss, and exploring and healing the impact on your self and relationships. You will learn coping skills and develop hope for the future. The group will be held in a non judgmental, non-religious environment. The group is conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in trauma and loss. Sexual Abuse/Assault for Teen Girls and YoungWomen

2 separate weekly on-going therapy groups for adolescent girls 13-16 years, and women 17-22 years and above, who have experienced some form of sexual abuse or assault in their life-time. The groups address self-esteem, coping, sexuality, body issues, depression/anxiety/PTSD symptoms, behavioral, academic, and professional difficulties, relationships, motivation, and family dynamics. An accompanying parent guidance group may be provided for the teen group.
