The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is a supportive, skill-based space designed to help you navigate life’s challenges. In each session, we explore evidence-based tools to manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and strengthen your sense of inner calm. Together, we practice mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—the four core areas of DBT. You’ll learn how to stay present in the moment, respond to stress more skillfully, and communicate your needs clearly while maintaining healthy boundaries. Sessions include guided discussions, skills sheets and real-world skill-building that will immediately apply to your life.
