Life Management
During this 10 week group, participants will identify core beliefts and self-defeating thoughts that keep them stuck. They will learn how to rewrite and mute or at least turn down the volume on these tapes that are causing depression, anger, anxiety, and low self-esteem and keeping them from having the life and relationships they want.

Love & Logic Parenting
This parenting group runs for 7 weeks. By using Love & Logic and therapists' 17 years of experience parents practice new skills each week and have an opportunity to process what worked and what did not work during the week. Group participants assist in coming up with strategies for difficult situations. Therapists encourage both parents to attend for optimum benefit.
