Life as Spiritual Practice, a Weekly Online Group

Every moment of life to be, at least potentially, a moment in which we are in touch with The Divine. And so every moment can be a moment for spiritual practice. This is a subtle but important shift from the orientation people often have in which spiritual practice is limited to a particular practice like meditation. Times of pure practice (like daily meditation) remain important, but to that foundation there are many other ways in which to cultivate awareness of The Divine. The fruit of this practice is the integration of our spirituality into every aspect of our lives.
