Life After Loss: Widows' Wellness Group
There is no manual for grieving your partner. Whether you lose someone suddenly or gradually, the questions you are left with can be overwhelming and isolating. Questions like, "Why?" or, "What now?" This group welcomes women who have lost a husband or partner to come together and work through the stages of life after loss alongside other women who have gone through the same experience. The grief you carry can feel unbearable, but you do not have to carry it alone. Hope is only one phone call away.

Holiday Grief Support Group
As we head into the holiday season, the grief that burdens all year round tends to intensify. Feelings of loneliness become more amplified, memories of celebrations collect in our minds, and reminders of the one we will not be sharing another year with seem to be everywhere. This group is for anyone who has lost someone and wants to find support in preparation for the upcoming holidays. Meeting once a week for the month of October, we will utilize experiential and narrative exercises to process grief together and find meaning in creating new traditions. All are welcome here.
