lgbtqia+ DBT skills group

Created by and for LGBTQIA+ folks to build tools for thriving and surviving in the face of life's difficulties. Dialectical Behavior Therapy offers practical methods for cultivating healthy relationships, understanding and coping with strong emotions, tolerating distress, and practicing present-moment awareness. We'll also discuss challenges specific to the LGBTQIA+ community, such as minority stress, internalized stigma, and societal invalidation, in a safe space with other LGBTQIA+ folks. This group meets in a hybrid in-person/online format. You must be working with an individual therapist to join. $65/session.
