LGBTQ+ Support/Process Group (Virtual)

Born as a response to current political climate, this is a teletherapy group for queer folks to find a safe space to navigate and process emotions, thoughts, and experiences. The group follows a trauma informed, and intersectionality-aware lens. To establish safety, clients will begin by learning distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills. In tune with group needs, we will wrap up sessions by debriefing and/or practicing mindfulness. **A Hispanic/Latine support/process group with a similar goal will also be available. Hablamos Español.
