This group is for you if you recognize yourself in any of these: *Saying yes when you want to say no. *Constantly fearing rejection or feeling like you're never enough. *Feeling unseen or over-giving in your relationships. *Struggling to name your needs or set boundaries. *Feeling emotionally alone, even when others are around. *Carrying a quiet, aching hunger for connection and care. Cost: Insurance Copay for $25 per session. Meets VIRTUALLY on Mondays 6pm for 10 weeks starting June 8th. Healing supportive group Brainspotting sessions are every other Thursday at 6pm.
