LGBTQ+ Psychodrama Group

Explore identity, gain confidence, and build supportive relationships with fellow LGBTQ+ folks! Together we will explore and reflect on the somatic reactions that the psychodrama activities elicit. Acting out new ways of responding can serve as a kind of "rehearsal" for real life situations and “witnessing” as an audience member can facilitate deep healing through identification with the protagonist followed by somatic process reflection. This group is for LGBTQ+ individuals ages 14-35 who are struggling with their identity, social anxiety, depression, isolation, and are looking for support and want to build relationships within the queer community.
