LGBTQ+ Process Group (Virtual)

At Lighthouse Therapy, we understand that being a queer person in the world can come with certain expectations, pressures, and messaging. Whether these come from family, loved ones, or society at large, moving through the world can be complex and, at times, isolating. This group will be a place where individuals feel comfortable exploring topics including but not limited to intimacy, relationships, expression, effects of discrimination, expectations, safety, and empowerment. You can expect a guided space that celebrates your identity/identities, whatever that may be.
