LGBTQ+ Adult Therapy Group

LGBTQ+ Adult therapy group (online or in-person) specializes in treating LGBTQ+ individuals ages 18-60. This online or in-person therapy group, is an important way for people to access affirming therapy that is sensitive to the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning people. The group is one session per week, with various topics based upon group needs. The typical size for groups is 6-8 group members. 60min/once a week by Telehealth or in-person.
