LGBTQ+ Adult Support Group

LGBTQ+ Adult Support Group is a professionally facilitated, affirming space for adults 18+ who identify as LGBTQ+. We meet every other Saturday at 1:00 PM in person. Sessions are open enrollment, so you can join when you’re ready. In this group, you’ll find: A space where your identity is not up for debate; it’s honored; Connection with others who share your lived experience; support from a licensed, LGBTQ+-affirming counselor with no judgment; a consistent weekly touchpoint you can count on. This is not a lecture series or a workbook class.
