LGBTQ+ Adult Process Group
From childhood messages and shame to relationship struggles, this group is a place for members of the LGBTQ+ community to discuss and process with a trauma informed lens amongst members of their own community. Whether you are out and proud and looking to process everyday life issues or questioning your sexuality and wanting support, this group will process and confront issues through multiple modalities and peer support. Topics could include (but are not limited to), shame and its impact on relationships and self-esteem, internalized homophobia, intimacy issues, sexuality, relationship issues, coming out, and the social implications of stereotypes.

A group for men struggling with attachment issues and protective responses. The group takes a deep dive into the behaviors or emotional roadblocks that keep them from achieving the intimately vulnerable relationships that they need. Each member examines their family of origin, generational trauma, and developmental trauma to better understand and integrate their awareness. The group has a heavy focus on addictions and emotional sobriety. How do I connect to myself, others, and something greater?

As a woman, you often find yourself putting your own needs in the back seat while prioritizing the needs of those you love. In this group, we will focus on processing women’s issues including relationships, daily struggles, feelings of inadequacy, intimacy, codependence, self-care, substances and more. Here are a few of the topics we will explore in this group: 1. Prioritizing our responsibility to love ourselves, without depending on others to do it for us. 2. The ability to identify, talk about and meet our own emotional needs in and out of our primary relationship. 3. Addressing breakdowns in a relationship.
