Letting Others In: for the hyper self-reliant

--Did you grow up in a home with physically and/or emotionally absent caregivers (e.g., as a result of death, mental/physical health, geographical distance)? --Do you struggle to ask others to help/support you? Together we will explore the stories behind your self-reliance, grief of not having someone be there when you needed them, obstacles in experiencing emotional intimacy, fears around how needing or being seen by someone might lead to rejection, abandonment, or disappointment.
