This therapy group will focus on what arises between group members, with a sensitivity to the group process as a whole, and the emotional development of each member. The group will be helpful if you: Have challenges with intimacy/difficulty finding a long-term relationship, are lonely/seeking community, have difficulty in groups, including feelings of exclusion, shame, competition, are struggling to assert your voice, would like feedback on your interpersonal style, have co-dependent/caretaking tendencies, struggle to engage with conflict constructively.
