Need a place to be heard? To talk about so many things? Re-identifying goals for yourself? Thoughtful caring is hard. Through a limited sized group you'll have the space to share what it means to be there for others and then try to re-find and re-define yourself at day's end. Next 4 week ONLINE groups begin : Tuesday evenings April 14 7:15-8:30p Thursday mornings April 16 8a-9:15a Join other parents to learn more about ADHD as neuro-diversity and new strategies for reducing stress and creating new patterns in your home. Maybe share a success or a fail with those who really 'get it! ' Available throughout Colorado and US Zoom sessions 75 min per session $325 for 4 weeks. Up to 2 people per screen.

Ambiguous Losses - Grieving without Closure
Next groups begin: June 6 Many losses are not finite. Grief is not limited. Ongoing uncertainties in our world, our communities, our families and ourselves create anxiety and sadness. Loss of relationships, healthy bodies, opportunities, careers, challenges us. In this group we will identify our personal ambiguous losses, share our pain and possibility ( when it comes) and honor the continued facing of the day and moving toward another way of being and understanding, even when closure doesn't come. 4 session and 6 session options. $200/4 $350/6 Limit 6 persons per series.
