Teen Process Group
We offer a teen process group that allows teens to come and process whatever they need to in group therapy. This is a good step-down from intensive outpatient therapy or for someone who needs a little more peer support.

Co-Ed Teen Group 10 Week Group No prior D&D experiences necessary! Our D&D group provides a fun and judgement free environment for your teen to process life through role play while working with their peers. COME PLAY D&D AND LEARN HOW TO BUILD: Communication Skills, Empathetic Understanding, Frustration Tolerance, Problem Solving Skills, and Relationship Skills.
