“Learning and loving me” Is a women support group aimed to provide a safe space to share your experience and engage in discussion around challenges, celebrations, and complexities of life. This group focuses on women’s mental and emotional health while strengthening and developing a sense of hope and motivation to take action to improve your life situation, utilizing the resources within and around you. Open enrollment group. We meet every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month.

Healing from past trauma (women group).
Trauma refers to the emotional reaction triggered by sudden events like accidents, rape, abuse, or natural disasters. Following such incidents, individuals may feel shocked, stuck, guarded, or in denial. Throughout life, we encounter various challenges including trauma, family conflict, crises, divorce, abuse, childhood trauma, physical illness, unemployment, grief/loss, or social issues, all of which can impact our well-being. Together, we'll address these challenges, overcome barriers, and provide tools to enhance your life experience. Our aim is to prevent the past from immobilizing you, empowering you to embrace today and build a healthier, happier tomorrow.
