Lean into understanding your mental health journey

Starting soon...if interested, please email/call me. I am leaning into forming a general support virtual group for those discharging after hospitalization or other higher level of care discharges to extend time to connect, continue moving forward after difficult time, a space to discuss mental health dxes and how to reintegrate into life after treatment. As of right now, looking to see if there is interest in this and then figure out all details and pass on to all. Currently Virtual w possible in-person periodically, TBD in Spring.
