8 Hour Anger Management Classes
Monthly Saturday class from 9a-5:30pm with an hour for lunch (on your own). To register please call (407) 248-0030. We need payment and enrollment done by the Wednesday before the class in order to have certificates ready! This class is fun, interactive, includes hilarious movie clips, and the facilitators are Master's level professionals who are approachable. Teen Anger Management
The purpose of the group is to help teens learn improved methods of handling their anger and anger-provoking situations. Anger is an emotional state with varying degrees of intensity and consequences. By handling situations more effectively, group members will experience many positive benefits in their lives. The group is held for 3 consecutive weeks on a Friday (6 hours total). Upon successful completion of the anger management classes a certificate will be awarded.
