Leadership Academy for African American Teens

We aim to empower young African American adolescents by teaching them skills to succeed, manage stress, and build confidence. Through engaging activities and leadership development, they grow personally and gain self-esteem. We celebrate the uniqueness and potential of young African American women, helping them become impactful leaders in their communities and beyond.
