As a group, we are here to provide support and guidance for various issues ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital issues, and many other concerns. Clinicians use solution focused/short term therapy, traditional psychotherapy, elements of DBT, CBT, and behavioral therapy approaches. Our clinicians use a variety of techniques to create individualized treatment to best serve our clients. Clients are invited to discuss their needs, interests, and what they desire in a clinician to help support a solid therapeutic relationship. We also provide professional services for social workers.
