Launch into thriving process therapy group
This is a group that started before covid and is about seeking to thrive inside oneself and with close others. We meet on a new evening, Mondays. This is a confidential place for learning by experience including how to be vulnerable, give/receive honest, emotional feedback become aware of your blind spots. In this group people of color/immigrants are welcome. Regularly in this group we discuss topics—including hard ones—with emotional honesty & even joy sometimes.

Group for H1B woes & struggles of immigrants
I am aware of the travails and emotional difficulties, if not suffering, of immigrants to different countries, including the United States. Moreover, I’ve had a dreamer and some immigrants from Latin America in my groups.I am starting this new therapy group to help with the intense feelings from applying to H1B visa and all of the complexities that come with that. My desire is to provide a confidential place of support for anyone who is an immigrant and help them heal and grow.
