Letting go of anger and sadness for things that happened in the past due to being misunderstood & undiagnosed. 5. Every Thursday at 1:00 CT I lead this online Women's Group. Together we'll dive into: Confidence Building: Reclaim the self-esteem they tried to take. Boundaries: Learn how to set them (and keep them). Coparenting: Strategies for managing high-conflict dynamics. Gray Rocking: Mastering the art of becoming "uninteresting" narcissists. Fawning Management: Break the habit of people pleasing for safety. Each week is a new topic, from finances, to career, to self-esteem. I use, "25 Ways Narcissist Abuse Survivor Workbook) so you can journal and practice affirmations between group sessions. Price Is $25 per group or $75 for the month.

Parents of Transitioning & Non-Binary Children
This online therapeutic group for Parents of Transitioning & Non-Binary Children is a nonjudgemental, compassionate space for processing adjustments, sadness, and milestones. Confused, sad & sometimes shocked, we need to grieve AWAY from our kids who we support, love, and want to understand. I teach healthy boundaries to allow our children to be on their self discovery paths while also offering space for their other issues as they transition, such as resentments towards us for not being exactly where they are because we are grieving who they used to be. We can celebrate them while also grieving the loss the identity of the child we raised.
