Kids Grief Group
Grief is hard, confusing and lonely for all of us, and especially for children. This play therapy group is facilitated by a Licensed Associate Counselor with a passion for supporting children through the grief experience. Through playful activities, music and creative expression, children can begin to explore and feel less alone on their grief journey. This group will run for four consecutive weeks on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:15 PM, March 10th- March 31st 2026. It is $40 per session for a total cost of $160.

The Body Project
The Body Project is a research-backed group shown to reduce body dissatisfaction and disordered eating. This structured program uses conversations, reflections and interactive activities to provide a supportive space to connect with others working on self-acceptance. Living in a body can feel complicated in a culture full of "shoulds". This group offers community and space to gently challenge those messages and build a kinder relationship with your body. The Body Project will run weekly on Mondays from 7-8 PM from March 16th- April 20th, 2026. It is $50 per meeting for a total of $200.
