A keystone is a large wedge-shaped stone at the top of an arch that locks the other stones in place. Something that other things depend on for support can also be called a keystone. Our goal is to provide counseling to help encourage healing and change, improve coping around life's challenges and disappointments, facilitate the building of more satisfying relationships, and sustain progress along the journey.
